Abstract :
In the present work, SnS2 single layer was first synthesized by Li-intercalation method and well characterized. TEM results showed the graphene-like structure of the as-obtained SnS2, and XRD results showed well c-oriented thin film. For room temperature sensing of NH3, the ultrathin SnS2 exhibited rapid response and high sensitivity at room temperature. The potential gas sensing mechanism is also discussed.
