Abstract :
Sharing information is a common task most of us perform daily, from our personal computers or mobile devices and several applications exist to help us on that process. The contribution we describe in this paper focuses on the way the share process occurs which we intend to make simple, fast and intuitive, relying on the Bluetooth technology, sensors and notifications. The proposed system uses a "throw-catch" logic where user A throws a resource to user B that catches it and automatically opens it. The two main goals we have with the proposed system is to reduce the user intervention and to guarantee that for every throw there is only one possible catch. We present the system´s evaluation of the developed approaches and conclusions about the suitable technologies to use in this type of system.
