  • Abstract
    A warm greetings to all my fellow IEEE members. I take this opportunity to extend to all members a happy new year 2016 as we draw to close of a fabulous and eventful 2015. At Region 10, we have been able to make significant strides in developing member benefits, deliver on our promises but alongside it was very heart wrenching when the nature´s disaster struck Nepal.
