Abstract :
An improved aggregated model of the wind farm is proposed in this paper to reduce the active and reactive power error caused by wind farm equivalence. The simulation experiments are done while the wind farm is represented by the detailed model, the improved aggregated model and the common used aggregated model respectively using Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the improved aggregated model is better than the common used model.
