Abstract :
In this paper, we analyzed Japanese schools of medicine to assess the effects of learning environment and devised teaching methods. In addition, we assessed the mechanism of school factors and educational outcome. From the results of multiple logistic regression analysis, we confirmed that learning environment didn´t affect educational outcome and devised teaching methods did. Then, analysis by structural equation modeling suggested that the model we hypothesized would be valid as the mechanism. Finally, we discuss these results and mentioned our study´s limitations.
