Abstract :
A marching-on-in-time (MOT) solution of the time domain volume integral equation (TD-VIE) with higher order Nyström scheme is proposed to analyze transient electromagnetic scattering from arbitrarily shaped dispersive objects. In this work, the Lagrange interpolation polynomials and the triangle basis functions are used to represent the spatial and temporal basis functions, respectively. Additionally, both the spatial and the temporal point-matching techniques are applied. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the proposed method is accurate and efficient.
