  • Abstract
    A Ka-Band low phase noise frequency hopping transmitter is presented in this paper. The transmitter comprises two portions: K-Band Frequency Synthesizer and C-Band Broad Band IF Modulation Module. The suppression of spurious component are below -50dBc and the phase noise at 10 KHz offset from carrier is -90dBc/Hz at 30.52GHz.
