Abstract :
This paper concentrated on algorithm of linear references detection. Algorithm of linear references detection is based on statistical processing of reflected pulse altimeter signal. We use method of maximum posteriori probability to make a decision. In this paper it is shown how to determine position of linear reference and what is the accuracy of this process. Doppler beam sharpening used to increase accuracy of detection of linear reference position and increase number of discriminated surfaces.
