Abstract :
New forms and designs monopole printed antennas such circular, triangular, rectangular and others were investigated for Ultra-Wideband (UWB) applications with low cost and low profile. The antennas have a symmetric and uniplanar geometry and a single microstrip transition. The size is about (40×40mm2) and can be used from 10GHz to 45GHz for (S11<;-10dB). Small rectangular holes with different dimensions printed to these antennas are examined. Simulated reflection coefficient curves are provided along with beam pattern and gain.
