Abstract :
In this study a planar metallic object is illuminated by an millimeter-wave at 65 GHz, the object scattered field including amplitude and phase is recorded in a quasi-monostatic two-dimensional near-field backward scattering arrangement. The reconstructed millimeter-wave image of scattering object clearly reveals the scattering object shape with resolution of 5mm×5mm.
