Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a spherical loop antenna with ultra-wide bandwidth. The proposed antenna has the characteristic of the Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) using self-complementary structure. The designed antenna combines a loop antenna with a slot antenna. The proposed antenna is globular shape like a ball. The dimension of the antenna is 0.267λL, where λL is one wavelength at 0.2 GHz, in diameter and has more than 100:1 bandwidth.
