Abstract :
Centric Query Processing in Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Network is the new emerging area of wireless sensor network which provides better interaction with physical world in effective and efficient manner. Previous work provides interaction between homogeneous wireless sensor network. In this paper, we have proposed a centric query processing approach which provides effective communication between multiple types of networks. In this approach, there is a central manager which manages the network. It can add or delete the sensor node in the network. It also have database of the networks and provides shared secret key to each sensor node of the network. Each network form the grid and elect a co-ordinator node of the network. we have designed an algorithm for cluster formation and co-ordinator node selection. Co-ordinator node collects data from the sensor node and encrypt it with shared secret key and send it to the central manager, which decrypts it with the help of the respective network shared secret key. A user can send query to the central manager and central manager provide data to the user. This approach also reduces the computation and save the energy. So it is energy efficient and secure query processing approach for heterogeneous wireless sensor network.
