Abstract :
Our life is full of electronic circuits comprising of PCBs and various other electronic devices. However technological developments of printed electronics have led to a market of cheap, efficient and functional devices like TFTs, RFID tags et cetera. Hence in this booming market of printed electronics silver nano ink plays a very vital role due to its great conductivity and less resistivity as compared to other nano-inks. But to monitor this ink accordingly to a particular application we require knowing its complete characteristics which can be done with the help of Programmable System On Chip microcontroller (PSoC). This Microcontroller analyses the silver nano-conductive ink printed on PET sheet in a defined pattern and gives us the measure of many parameters about the ink which could have been little impossible to calculate or study. Using these measured values we can cultivate our own required values as well as efficient design patterns of this ink which would be helpful to us in specifying our own application.
