Variable impedance matching network based on varactor diodes

in this paper a varactor-based variable impedance matching network intended to be integrated in an automatic impedance matching system is designed. The operating frequency is fixed at 2.4 GHz, suitable for Industrial, Scientific and Medical applications. The proposed design features broad impedance coverage with a low reflection loss. The simulation results demonstrated the efficiency of the proposed design for narrow band applications.
