Abstract :
MIL-HDBK-217F handbook is widely used in the reliability prediction of electronic system. In this paper the case studies of reliability prediction method based on MIL-HDBK-217F handbook is conducted. Firstly, the history of reliability prediction based on handbook is introduced, then the theory and prediction process. Finally the reliability of Electronic Power Supply (EPC) is predicted based on the MIL-HDBK-217F method, including the failure rate of each component. This paper is based on MIL-HDBK - 217, Part count method to predict the reliability of system.
