A new implementation of cultural algorithms based on inter-personal interaction influence

In this paper, a novel cultural algorithm is developed. The proposed algorithm is superior to the original cultural algorithm, in which the interaction among individuals is not considered. In our algorithm, new multi interaction method is utilized to obtain a more effective interaction between individuals in order to share their beliefs and knowledge. Several benchmark functions are used to justify the efficiency of the proposed approach. The results depict that our method shows superior efficiency compared with several well-known optimization algorithms including original cultural algorithm.
