Abstract :
PHM (Prognostics and Health Management) is taken more attention in the system design and management nowadays. In the health management, a product is not simply in the health or fault state, which only considers the 0/1 state in the traditional fault modeling. There is somewhere in the middle of the state, sub-health. However, in this paper, it proposed a new method of health, sub-health and fault states coupled modeling method based on the identical, discrepancy and contrary (IDC) theory of set pair analysis (SPA). And the method is applied in the Stateflow modeling. Finally, the state-modeling method is used in a display control device. It demonstrates the availability and model accuracy.
