Abstract :
In this paper the dependability of an automatic detection and extinction system with Halon is presented. The risk control and analysis is done using three analysis methods, SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Technical), FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). The objective of our work is dependability planning optimization with the identification of the potential risks and these consequences on system. The optimal recommendations must be proposed. Decision tools used to improve production will be proposed. To achieve these objectives a detailed description of process structure and the main principles of both methods are given. We have applied these methods on the system with a comparative study between the results given by these methods. The obtained results will be presented with perspectives future work.
