Abstract
From 25. August until 7. September 2013 a number of 45 students and 21 lecturers from 6 universities in 6 countries met at htw saar in Saarbrücken. In the frame of an ERASMUS Intensive Program (IP) they worked in teams of 4 to 5 persons on their engineering visions for the world in 30 to 50 years. After a preparation time of two years the proposal was granted by DAAD with approx. 50,000 €. In January/February 2014 a second cycle took place at Saxion University in The Netherlands. The third cycle will be held at the Swiss NTB Buchs in summer 2015. There exists a project homepage with limited access: http://www.engineering-visions.eu.
