  • Abstract
    Cloud Storage Service gained momentum over conventional means of storage due to its flexible and scalable nature. Storage service provider takes the sole responsibility of the files which gets uploaded right from managing to providing security. Deleting the file from cloud storage is not as evident as uploading it due to several reasons. In order to make deletion of files transparent to the user and thereby achieve complete privacy, a mutually verifiable deletion of the file is essential. This paper presents a user oriented permanent deletion scheme for cloud object storage.
