  • Abstract
    States growing with or crawling with digital technology, it has been pushed to enter into an interface leveraging extensive power of digital technology, pushing conventional approach of international relations (IR) in new form. Increasing e-readiness of state come up with new actors and new set of structural adjustment within organization and department of state in digital world. Digital technology has geared up new form of dialogue among states remapping actors. The objective of this study is to explore model of dialogue among states reshaped by levitation of digital technology. This study further addresses linkages of “Technology Acceptance Model” in a context of IR observing from citizen, society and state vs state. Text analysis and result matrix of the research -which is qualitative research - were scrutinized with semiotic analysis tool to produce distinct result of the research. Cybernetic loop of dialogue of IR with persistence of digital data including people, society and state in wide context is expected output of this research. Coverage of consequences produced by digital technology in IR is not only limited to state but also it goes down toward the society and individuals as perceiving digital technology as an actor in this study.
