Abstract :
Cloud-based services have gained immense popularity in recent times owing to ease of use and scalability. A serious concern is the ability of the service provider to secure the services and user data on cloud. Existing security techniques are not fool-proof and mostly concentrate on access-control aspects. A methodology for implementing the classical Chinese Wall security model for cloud-based services is presented in this paper. The model will allow users to safely host their services, and process sensitive data, on cloud.
