Abstract :
The demand of Internet applications is increasing rapidly; it is required to envelop data against attacks to transfer from one place to another. For data safety and authenticity, we have used a blend of Cryptography and Steganography to escalate the security by providing dual security structure. Cryptography is used to hide the data by scrambling using several encryption algorithms. Steganography is used to hide the data beneath another medium or a file known as cover file. Present scenario data transmission is not much secure as it uses either Cryptography or Steganography to hide information. The objective is to combine these two techniques to enhance the security by providing dual security to data so to formulate accurate and reliable communication, a Dual security technique is implemented in this paper. We are performing union of these two techniques to ameliorate the security and more trustworthy transmission of data.
