Abstract
Fault tolerance is an approach for getting desirable services in the presence of fault. A fault tolerance technique can be static and dynamic depending upon occurrence of fault in a system. A system can be failed if the fault is not tolerated on time. The complexities of systems are increasing day by day which results increasing failure rate in the real time systems. In this paper, a dynamic fault tolerance approach has been proposed for fault tolerance. We have also applied voltage scaling approach such that the energy consumption can be reduced. The proposed dynamic approach for fault tolerance with voltage scaling is better than existing approaches.
