Abstract :
Situation awareness visualization (VSA) seems a suitable solution for active distribution system (ADS). In this paper, the precondition of VSA for ADS is discussed at first; a 3H measurable criterions for a good situation awareness picture (SAP) design, i.e., high aggregation of information (HAI), high identification of connection (HIC), high situation recognition (HSR), has been proposed; a new partition of ADS by so called "Substation Centralized Distribution Networks (SCDN)" is put forward to have a HAI performance, where automatic generation of single line diagram of SCDN has been discussed; two new applications, i.e., clustering model and algorithm for history SAP pictures, and situation evaluation model and algorithm based on graphic characteristics of SAP pictures only, are also discussed.
