  • Abstract
    First, from the perspective of three-way decisions, this paper introduces S- rough sets to ensure the completeness of the information and the authenticity of the conclusions. Second, in order to make a rational decision from the dynamic information, the multi-users S-rough sets model based on three-way decisions is proposed. Third, given an application of the paper, which is a new approach to deal with the problem of uncertain information.
