Abstract
The paper concentrates on a question how to depict dynamic and static characteristics of the objects. For the Monotonic Variable Consistency Rough Set Approach, there are reasonable requirements to apply concepts and methods from the Stochastic Processes Theory and to consider multiple types of attributes. In addition, it is also significant for absolute and relative consistency measures to possess several monotonicity properties. Therefore the paper proposes a model named Stochastic Processes-based Rough Set Approach Involving Monotonic Variable Consistency Measures, and its properties are given and proved. Furthermore, we propose a framework for the formulation of rough set approximations by relational operators from the Pansystems Theory.
