Abstract :
Based on the electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) technique, a new method for overcoming chemical waste water filtration membrane blocking is proposed. When the impurity accumulation area exceeds a certain value, the electric cleaner is launched to clean the filtration by the triggering of real-time ECT imaging. Through simulating some typical impurity distribution with capacitance sensors, the sensitivity matrix of the sensors are calculated and analyzed. To reduce the impact of the “soft field” characteristics, we propose a new method which introduces median filter for Landweber iteration algorithm to improve the uniformity of sensitivity. The simulation results show that this method can improve the quality of reconstructed image, and can be employed to monitor the status of chemical pipeline.
