Abstract
Adaptive antenna array techniques are critical to maintain the integrity and functionality of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) in interference environments. Performance assessment of GNSS array receivers in a laboratory environment need the generation of array signals. One of the major problems with existing array signals generating methods is the errors introduced by the narrowband assumption, which models the array signals by accounting for phase shifts instead of time delays between the array elements. This will lead to partial optimistic results in anti-jamming performance assessment. In this paper, we proposed a high-precision wideband array signals generating method. It precisely controls the delay of each received signal at different antenna elements by fractional delay filter. Mathematical analyses and simulation results demonstrate that this method can outperform the traditional methods in anti-jamming performance assessment of GNSS antenna arrays.
