Abstract
With regard to those new characteristics of services in electric power communication networks, a novel QoS (Quality of Services) evaluation method based on radar charts is proposed. To reduce the information redundancy, the principal component analysis is engaged to eliminate the interaction between indexes. In the final evaluation model, the thought of radar charts in the economic management field is employed, which smartly relates the actual indexes values with services running conditions in the network layer. According to the comprehensive service assessment model, it is visualized to see whether a certain service is operating relatively poor or not. What is more, it can apparently reflect the benefits and weaknesses of services, and will be a vital evidence for accurately selecting the poor service to make an improvement, which will results in the whole electric power communication network QoS enhancement.
