Abstract :
High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor-Pebble bed Module (HTR-PM) Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is one of the most important projects in the National Science & Technology Major Project during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. HTR-PM digital Reactor Protection System (RPS) is one of the key research subjects in the HTR-PM NPP supported by the National S&T Major Project. The research on software reliability of digital RPS plays an important role to improve the reliability of RPS. Based on analyzing the fault data set collected during the software development of HTR-PM RPS, a new software reliability model involved the fault severity was studied and established.
