Abstract :
This article is mainly aims at the different shapes of corrosion defects of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, it based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection, then using the method of finite element analysis for the simulation research. This paper selects the thickness of 6 mm steel plate as the research object, and then using the ANSYS finite element analysis software for modeling analysis. It mainly studies the impact of leakage magnetic field when the defects have different shapes, at the same time do the experimental analysis about the irregular defects, obtained the experimental data and the change rule.
