Abstract :
PID controller is widely used in industrial process control, however, because of improper parameter, most of the PID controllers have failed to meet the control requirements. This paper proposes the parameter tuning method of PID controller based on vector model in the complex plane, the method not only can solve parameters of the controller easily and quickly according to the model of controlled plant, but also can simplify the process of parameter tuning. It has advantages of smaller amount of calculation and stronger versatility. Simulation results show that the parameter tuning method is simple and effective, and the PID controller is designed by using this method has a good gain robustness.
