Abstract :
The characteristics of power system´s operation mode in China are the mass production and centralized scheduling. However, the production operation mode may not only causes large-scale blackouts, but also consumes a lot of coal resources and exhausts mass of pollutants. Then, people turned to the micro grid which uses clean energy. This paper realizes the basic economic dispatch function of the system based on particle swarm optimization which aims at minimizing the operating costs. What´s more, the system dispatches the outputs of the wind generators, photovoltaic generators and the state of batteries in 24-h-ahead according to the generation of wind generators, photovoltaic generators and load demand predicted in 24-h-ahead.
