Abstract :
In this paper the author designed a high-power and torque-limited electric wrench driver based on direct torque control, and hope that when the input is single-phase power frequency alternating current, the electric wrench can output limited torque by DTC according to the pre-set speed. And this electric wrench is able to limit the maximum torque and prevents the damage to the device. Also the electric wrench diver has a function of over-current and over-voltage protection, these functions protect itself from voltage surges. The paper verifies Direct Torque Control feasibility applied to the electric wrench driver, and finds out disadvantages of u-i FluxLinkage Observer which provides us guidance for further study.
