Abstract :
The role played by the Marketing Management & Decision Supported System (MMDSS) in CIMS is analyzed in this paper. Developing advanced marketing decision-making system to improve management and scientific decision level of enterprise marketing is needed. System framework, which includes support level, data management level, decision tool level and decision level, is given. Aided decision tools composed by OLAP, simulation analysis, expert system are designed. The functional composition for MMDSS is studied. The solution for decision delay is discussed, which includes marketing research, competitive intelligence and marketing risk evaluation & early warning.
