Research on Performance Evaluation of Large-Scale Enterprise

This paper focuses on the construction and selection of large-scale enterprise performance evaluation. It corrects corresponding evaluation indexes for the limitation of existing evaluation system for enterprises. We adopt the actual operating data of certain province and use factor analysis method and entropy weight method to reselect key performance indexes and assign the weights, and analyze the meaning of each index and the utilization of evaluation method in detail. During empirical analysis, we compare the indexes system for large-scale enterprises to existing schemes. The results show our corrected performance evaluation index system can reflect the real status of the performance of enterprise more scientifically and reasonably.
