  • Abstract
    The number of cars and PGEs values are obtained from 2005 to 2008 which is not observed by the difference method according to the practical observation data. It is concluded that the relation and laws between Rh, Pd, PT and the traffic, by fitting the data from 2004 to 2010 respectively. And we made the final data in 2011 compared with actual observations, We analyzed the reasons which generated the error.
