Abstract
Many software services based on the cloud computing and big data are used by many users. Considering the software reliability of cloud computing, it is important for the cloud managers to assess the relationship between the database software, cloud one, HTTP server one, because the cloud software collaborate closely with the database software by using the internet network. Also, it will be important to consider Apache HTTP server served as the backbone of cloud software. Then, we propose a method of software reliability analysis based on three-dimensional fault data clustering in cloud computing environment with big data. We perform a cluster analysis for the software fault data by using k-means clustering. Also, we propose the hazard rate model by using the results of three-dimensional cluster analysis. Moreover, we show several numerical examples of software reliability analysis in the cloud computing environment with big data.
