Abstract :
This paper presents architectures and prospective outcomes of two ICT (Information and Communications Technology) systems those are just convened aiming at supporting the international student mobility actions among tertiary educational institutes. The mobility of international students in the higher education has profound effects on the students´ learning goals and their future careers. Every government in the world gives a boost towards this globalizing motion, since the home/host universities and the societies surrounding the students are affirmatively influenced by the effects of the mobility, as well. The first developed ICT system in this research is originally designed to enhance language education for non-native users of English. It also has an effect to promote inbound international students who are native English users to participate in the local society through the educational roles. The second system provides a portal supportive environment over the Internet to assist studies of both inbound and outbound international students. Besides the main function of "portfolio" that records ones´ history of academic activities, the system also offers an advanced feature of all-in-one communication channel among the stakeholders.
