Abstract :
Soil moisture is one of the main factors that control the growth of crops, the important indicators that monitor land degradation and the main parameter in climate, agriculture, ecology and etc. It plays the key role in exchange of moisture in large areas and continuous district has been beginning a difficult problem. The methods of solving the problem are mainly manual or semi-manual ways that can only collect information in small range and cannot satisfy with the need of scientific and application sections because of low efficiency and wasting lots of time. Remote sensing can get the earth´s surface information in large district and has the important meaning of indicating the soil moisture. In this paper, the text uses model inversion temperature vegetation drought index in Yunnan soil surface moisture.
