Abstract :
The nonlinear vibration fault of hydroelectric generating set was common, and it was a major cause of leading to instability of hydroelectric generator system. This paper took the nonlinear vibration fault of hydroelectric generator as the research object, and simulated Benily hydroelectric generator test rig. Wavelet transform method was applied to analyze the hydroelectric generator vibration signal, and research in view of extracting the features of the nonlinear vibration fault. This article applied the method of multi-scale wavelet to study nonlinear vibration problems of hydroelectric generating set, and the results showed that the multi-scale wavelet method can achieve the diagnosis of friction fault.
