Academic partnership innovation

Implementation of student mobility is a challenge for most of the second layer colleges in Russia; virtual mobility option could be realized for overcoming such obstacle. Leading Universities outsource some R&D activity to IT-students of regional colleges and give opportunity to students to get new competences. Intercollegiate interlock should be supervised by some independent structure. EMC Academic Alliance is responsible for such activity; good results have been achieved and service enhancement is expected.
