Development of additional vocational training system as an integral part of lifelong professional education today is extremely important for Russia. This fact is caused by the market changes in the personnel policy of the labor market, as well as by dynamic changes in the educational market, society informatization and the country´s decision to switch to an innovative path of development and a number of other factors.
