Formation of innovative project portfolio

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of innovative project portfolio. The technique is based on classical models of portfolio analysis BCG. As selection criteria it is proposed to consider the integrated risk project and resource consumption. These criteria reflected in the indicators of ≪the relative riskiness of the project and the relative contribution margin≫, which formed the basis of the matrix array of projects. Thus, based on the construction of the matrix array of projects portfolio of projects in relation to the strategic goals of the organization and existing constraints.
