  • Abstract
    This paper proposes an adaptive video packet transmission for guaranteeing video quality on mobile devices. The proposed scheme simultaneously distributes video packets over multiple paths on the basis of the video quality for each user measured by a Mean Opinion Score (MOS). The proposed scheme can guarantee the user-perceived quality of video streaming by reducing out-of-order packets in multiple networks.
