Abstract :
The integration of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) technology into home automation networks provides users with a new set of tools and information to further optimize the running cost and efficiently use home equipment. This can reduce total costs and increase overall equipment effectiveness within home. Usually, home automation has been associated with high costs, complex design and installation, yet with our new automation proposal, we are trying to abridge this financial issues converting automation to an affordable solution. In this paper, we are proposing a new scalable, wireless, in wall home automation system that can be a perfect compromise between quality and price. This above system (named iWish 2.0) can be considered a complete renovation of our old system and will answer many market needs.
