            Abstract :
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are 285 million visually impaired people in the world, with 39 million people seeing nothing. A person obtains 83 percent of their information from their eyesight. A visually impaired person supplements this information by touching and hearing. A visually impaired person uses a white cane for movement assistance. The white cane has three roles, mainly: (1) securing security, (2) collecting information necessary for walking, and (3) informing neighboring people about themself. A white cane can detect most obstacles in the front.
