Abstract
Most modeling and simulation actions performed during hip arthroplasty studies, usually involve a static approach of the implant so that it fits the anthropometric measurements of the patient and meets the equilibrium conditions. Question is what will happen during motion. This can be done by using an interactive and dynamic software, like Anybody Modeling System. A dynamic approach will dramatically diminish the possible errors that may occur, even if the implant is personalized. This way the future motion possibilities and the new acquired posture may be predicted with more accuracy even before the surgery.
