Abstract :
Treating emergency medical situations has become challenging in terms of duration between the moment of the incident and the time when the first aid is given to the one wounded. In addition, the minimal emergency equipment weight, required for first aid actions can vary from one situation to another. In this paper, a semi-autonomous aerial vehicle research work is proposed to serve as one of the rapid transport methods of the necessary emergency equipment, based on an intelligent alarm portable device used to notify medical incidents.
